Oh great..... One of these annoying devs who thinks they know better than the reader about how fast text gets displayed. They have a hardcoded cps setting of 200 which cannot be overridden unless you take matters into your own hands, unpack the rpa archive, decompile the renpy objects with unrpyc and then go on a wild goose chase of grepping to find out that they have some non-standard place to put it.
Take the attached game/options-local.rpy and drop it into your game folder to blast it back to 0 where it should be.

So why is it that MC buys 3-packs of condoms, is only able to bust his nut once per day, but is always winchester unless he blows two more days to scrape together the money and to buy another pack? Is this some shit from China that wasn't supposed to be exported and thus quality is "Job: joke's on you"?
For everybody who have trouble with mini-games, train the Host some more (towel) and it'll get easier / more stamina.

Text speed is usually one of the first things I look for in the preferences. As I recall it was slid all the way over. I had to hack your local options file to set it.

It got marked as completed way back when (pretty much a year ago on the nose). I can't remember an ending but the grind pretty much got me to lose interest I guess.
While replying to that it got me thinking about why the dev picked a 200 value as the default on the slider when it's hard to tell that it was pegged all the way to the right. Just about all of the other VN's either did a halfway value as a default or were trying to pull off the old

in the MC's room you should see a towel on the wall, click on that to "train" and you should max out after about 10 sessions (you should see the MC say they got all they can or something) after that you should be able to beat the "boss"
